Pirate Adventures on the Chesapeake is a unique, unforgettable experience for your child aboard a pirate ship in the Annapolis Harbor. It is a fun filled family outing where children gets to dress up as pirates - complete with face paint, tattoos, and pirate fashions - and set sail for adventure in the historic Annapolis harbor. During the course of the 75 minute adventure, the young buccaneers battle the dread Pirate Pete, search for sunken treasure, and finally make off with their share of the loot. It?s an all around good time for the little pirates and the parents with interesting activities like treasure map reading, hauling loot aboard, and, of course, defending the ship with water cannons.

In Pirates Adventures, the kids will be completely engaged in the narrative and action packed adventure awaiting them, tapping into their imagination. While the kids get to play pirates, parents can witness the whole experience while enjoying the tranquil historic sailing town, the fantastic views of the Naval Academy, and the smiles on their children?s faces.

Pirate Adventures on the Chesapeake is conveniently located between Baltimore and Washington, DC in the historic port town of Annapolis, and has been operating since 2003. Emily and Michael Tomasini, owners of Pirate Adventures on the Chesapeake, will turn your kids into swashbucklers for a fun hour - plus cruise around the Naval Academy and Annapolis in search of bounty on a transformed thirty-eight-foot motorboat. Take a pirate cruise with Pirate Adventures on the Chesapeake on birthdays, school field trips, or just spend the day together.

Boat rides is just a boat ride, but add a sword, sash, tattoo, and cannons, and a pirate adventure is made! Six cruises leave daily from the Annapolis City Marina dock in Eastport. Be sure to make reservations and plan to arrive 30 minutes before your departure so your child can don costume and makeup. Though the adventure can be entertaining for all ages, some in the 3-4 age range may find it frightening and some over 9 may already be too cool for it.
