The Erving State Forest is a state park and natural area in Erving, Massachusetts. It is a well known outdoor destination in Central Massachusetts, having something to offer to everyone.

Covering 4500 acres of area, the Erving State Forest is primarily wooded with developed park roads that are ideal for some outdoor recreation. It has miles of park roads and hiking trails that are also commonly used for horseback riding, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. The site is also home to the Laurel Lake, which offers a swimming beach and allows folks to enjoy canoeing, fishing, and all kinds of boating. The park also offers seasonal camping.

Aside from outdoor recreation, there are also tons of things to see inside the Erving State Forest. Some trails will provide a dramatic view of Mt. Monadnock, while another will provide access to an old beaver pond.
