The New Bedford Fire Museum can be found in the Old Fire Station No. 4 of the place which is the oldest yet most active station in the state. It was made way back in 1867 and it boats of displays that include a vast collection of ancient and restored fire tools and other equipment needed for the work. Examples of what you will see up on display would be the fire trucks, uniforms, and other antique records.

The courageous and brave spirit of the true firemen can be rekindled when you visit this museum. You would truly appreciate all the collection and memorabilia featured in the place. It is managed by the New Bedford Fireman?s Association to encourage goodwill and appreciation amongst firemen of the area.
