The Shawme-Crowell State Forest is a state park and recreation area in Sandwich, Massachusetts. It is a well known camping destination for outdoor enthusiasts.

Covering 740 acres, the Shawme-Crowell State Forest was originally bigger than its current size. It got smaller because of the creation of Camp Edwards, which is the largest part of the Massachusetts Military Reservation and includes the Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod and the Otis Air National Guard Base. The entire camp as well as the modern day Massachusetts Military Reservation was originally a part of the forest but had to be transformed into training grounds for such purposes.

Visitors of the Shawme-Crowell State Forest can enjoy hiking, picnicking, swimming, skiing, camping, and hunting at the park.
