The Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is a state park, recreation area, and nature preserve in Falmouth, Massachusetts. It is most often described as a living laboratory and regional resource in one of the most studied estuaries in the Northeast.

Covering 2700 acres of area, the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is composed of a wide range of various natural habitats including marshlands, open waters, uplands, and barrier beaches. Located on the south shore of Cape Cod, it is also an excellent example of typical shallow bay environments that are commonly found from Chesapeake Bay to Cape Cod.

Visitors of the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve can enjoy a lot of things while at the site. Aside from the sights, folks can also have fun canoeing, camping, boating, fishing, hiking, and hunting.
