The Wells State Park is a state park and recreation area in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. It is a well known public park in the area, offering a good deal of recreational opportunities to the public.

Located off the Massachusetts Route 49, the Wells State Park features a number of unique features. One of the most noted is the scenic metamorphic rock cliff face of the Carpenter Rocks. It was named after John Carpenter, who used to own and operate a nearby saw mill. The park is also mostly oak-hickory forest woodlands, punctuated with wetlands here and there.

Visitors can enjoy boating, canoeing, camping, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, hunting, swimming, and mountain biking at the Wells State Park. They also have interpretive programs during the summer months.
