The Witch History Museum reveals three hundred years? worth of mysteries that revolve around little-known stories and historical accounts about the notorious Salem Witch Trials in 1692. A tour of the museum is enriched with a historically accurate and live presentation featuring costumed professional actors re-enacting a true-to-life scene of a Reverend?s family in Salem. As visitors descend the stairs, a trained guide will take them in a journey consisting of 15 enchanting and mysterious scenes which include a walk down the forest, exploring the kitchen of Reverend Parris and meeting Tituba, and touring a reconstruction of the Old Salem Village. At times, the stories revealed in the museum can be gruesome as visitors learn about a minister?s beheading in another minister?s hands when he was accused of being the Devil. There?s also the story of how an accused merchant and his wife, who both managed to escape the noose, returning to Salem to avenge themselves against their accusers as well as a sadistic lawman.

The Witch History Museum is open every day of the week in the months of April until November. On special dates during the Halloween season, the museum also offers special evening programs.
