I work primarily with upper end, discriminating buyers and sellers, the elderly in transition (to assisted living) and country home/horse property buyers and sellers- those are three demographic areas within the scope of my life experience. I once renovated a beautiful 1790's farmhouse and created an authentic early American Colonial living experience by renting the home as a vacation rental property attracting customers the world over.
