Where else will you find the Automotive Hall of Fame in the United States but in the motoring capital of the nation, the state of Michigan? It is located at Dearborn, the hometown of Henry Ford, the man who revolutionized the automotive industry.

Established in 1939, the Automotive Hall of Fame aims to recognize, celebrate and immortalize the men and women whose ideas and innovations contributed to the continuing evolution of the automotive industry. The Hall bestows lifetime achievement awards to these great people. The Hall of Fame building is also a museum. Through the various exhibits, interactive displays and lectures, visitors, particularly students, will experience and learn the rich history of the transportation industry. They will also meet the great people behind every revolutionary idea.
