Also known as the ROTC Building, the College Club House and Gymnasium is a contributing property to the Michigan Technological University of Houghton, Michigan. It is the oldest building in the campus, giving it eligibility to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The College Club House and Gymnasium was created through the recognition of the need for a venue where social and athletic activities can be held in what was then called the Michigan College of Mines. The year was 1902 and the faculty was able to pledge $1700 to start the construction. The students raised an additional $5000 for the fund. And by 1905, they already have $18,500 so the construction was finally begun.

Since 1943, the College Club House and Gymnasium has been used as the ROTC center for the Air Force and Army.
