The East Hancock Neighborhood Historic District is a residential neighborhood in Hancock, Michigan. It is historically significant for being the representation of the development of the area, from being an area filled with deep ravines transformed into a residential area in the late 1800s to early 1900s.

With this, the area is also filled with architecturally significant houses, most of which date back to the original development of the area. The new residents were relatively wealthy, so they were able to afford hiring local architects and builders into creating masterpiece houses for them. A wide variety of architectural styles can be viewed in the area today.

The East Hancock Neighborhood Historic District is recognized as a US Historic District and by the National Register of Historic Places.
