Developed by Stan Aldridge and his family in 1922, the village displays a wealth of nineteenth century treasures and attractions for families to enjoy year round.

Extending over 21 acres, the Canterbury Village is a collection of unique shops showcasing a variety of unique items. The Tudor style village is home to the Aldridge's Always Christmas, the largest and most unique Christmas store with 90,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Visitors will also enjoy the Kings Court Castle which is a banquet and restaurant facility, browse through a huge selection of dolls, games, toys and puzzles at the Canterbury Toy World, and enjoy a nineteenth century German carousel for kids. The main facilities were built in rich, luxurious olde world craftsmanship and furnishings.
