The Minnesota Machinery Museum is housed in 5 large buildings sitting on 6 acres of property. It aims to recapture a century of stories about farm life. Visitors to the museum will be able to see implements, tools, tractors, and gas engines in mint condition that will enable them to go back to the era groups of neighbors would help each other in harvesting crops and raising barns.
The Museum opened in 1980 as an Agricultural and Transportation Museum. It invited the Pioneer Power Machinery Club to hold their Threshing Show on the Museum grounds.
Today, its 5 large buildings houses beautifully restored gas engines and tractors that date back to 1912. The site also has picnic areas that provide warm and comfortable areas for visitors.
