The Amory Regional Museum is a local history museum in Amory, Mississippi. It traces the roots of Amory, from its beginnings as a railroad settlement to the beautiful city that it is today.

Founded in 1976, the Amory Regional Museum is housed in a Mississippi Historical Landmark. The structure was originally built as the Gilmore Sanitarium in 1916, a generous gift from the philanthropist E. D. Gilmore. It also served as a hospital and nursing home until it was abandoned in 1974, to become the museum later on.

Like many local history museums, the Amory Regional Museum will take you back in time when you visit it. It is home to hundreds of artifacts, some of which date back to 10,000 BC.
