The Canton Movie Museums are two museums in Canton, Mississippi dedicated to documenting and showcasing information about the different motion pictures filmed in the area.

The city of Canton is known as the “City of Lights, Camera, Action!” It is also the film capital of Mississippi with the great number of films, documentaries, and commercials that used the city as a backdrop or setting. Among the most famous are the Joel Schumacher film, A Time to Kill, My Dog Skip, The Rising Place, and the Coen Brothers’ O Brother, Where Art Thou just to name a few.
