The Clinton Community Nature Center is a nature center in Clinton, Mississippi. It is dedicated in nature study and informing the public about the environment.
The Clinton Community Nature Center or CCNC is composed of 33 acres of woodlands open to the public free of charge. It is located near the center of Clinton and offers programs that aim to educate and inform the public about nature, gardening, and the local history of the area. The site is also home to a 2.5 mile all weather walking trail, complete with labeled plants and historic sites which was once a section of the historic Natchez Trace.
Visitors of the Clinton Community Nature Center is open to the public for free, but you are always free to support the site through membership, grants, gifts, or by participating on the occasional fund raising event that the site hosts.
