The Cottonlandia Museum documents and chronicles the history of Leflore County and the Mississippi Delta by focusing on its cotton agriculture.

In the Museum, artwork from Mississippi is combined with local, military, and agricultural history together with Native American artifacts to promote make the people discover more about their community. The Museum also houses its own archaeology collection, which is loaned from the LB Jones Trust. Visitors to the Cottonlandia Museum can also view its room focusing on the agricultural history of the region. It includes artifacts such as fertilizer spreaders, plows, mule hames, and other blacksmith tools. The Museum also features the Leflore County Military History exhibit, which displays war uniforms, victory posters, and war artifacts; and the Leflore County Historical Time Line, which is supported by documents, photographs, and other artifacts.
