The Ethel Wright Mohamed Stitchery Museum is an art museum in Belzoni, Mississippi. It features the works of Ethel Wright Mohamed, also known as Mississippi?s Grandma Moses of Stitchery.

Born in 1906, Ethel Wright Mohamed became widely acclaimed for her stitchery. She used her able hands using fabric and colorful threads to tell stories of her family?s life. Her works became known as ?paintings? using thread. Some of her works are already on display at the Smithsonian Institute and she even designed the cover for the Smithsonian-National Park Service Bicentennial Festival Program Book.

The Ethel Wright Mohamed Stitchery Museum is housed in Mohamed?s former home. On display are several of her works, covering almost every wall of the house from floor to ceiling with her pieces.
