The French Camp Historic Area is a historic site and an open air museum in French Camp, Mississippi. It traces its roots back to the early 1800s.

Established around 1812, the French Camp Historic Area originally served as a recruitment camp by General Andrew Jackson. It is basically a quaint log cabin village where visitors will be taken back in time when the site was still a settlement. It features an original 1846 log cabin, the Colonel James Drane House, the Bread Bakery, LeFlore Carriage House, and a Black Smith Shop. Some areas are part of the French Camp Academy.

The French Camp Historic Area is open every Mondays through Saturdays from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Admission is free.
