The Historic Jefferson College is a historic site in Natchez, Mississippi. It features the historic site of the old Jefferson College.

Jefferson College is best noted for being the first higher education institution in all of Mississippi. It was also known as the Jefferson Military College and is actually the second military school in all of United States after West Point in New York. It was established in 1802 as an all-male military college.

Jefferson College closed its doors as an educational institution in 1964 due to falling enrollment and financial problems. It was later restored by the Mississippi Department of Archives and History and reopened as a State Historic Site to the public as the Historic Jefferson College. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and a designated US Historic District and Mississippi Landmark.
