The Lee Home Museum is a historic house museum in Columbus, Mississippi. It is best known for its association with General Stephen D. Lee.

Built in 1847 in the Georgian-Greek Revival style, the Lee Home Museum was originally owned by Major Thomas Garton Blewett, a prominent early citizen of Columbus. It became General Lee’s residence when the property was passed on to his wife, Regina Harrison Lee, the granddaughter of Major Blewett. Lee is best known for his many achievements, including being a Confederate General, first superintendent of the Vicksburg National Park, first Chairman of the Board of the Mississippi Department of Archives and History, first President of the MSU, and the founder of the United Confederate Veterans.

The Lee Home Museum features displays about the Blewett and Lee families.
