The Longino House is a historic house museum in Monticello, Mississippi. The site is best known for being the home of one of Mississippi’s former governors, Andrew Houston Longino.

Also known as the Govvernor AH Longino House, the Longino House was built around 1884. It served as a home to Longino and his family. Longino served as a State Senator from 1880 to 1884, a US District Attorney from 1888 to 1890, and as a Governor from the year 1900 to 1904. During his term as a government, the Mississippi Department of Archives and History was created. He was also instrumental in the construction of the current state capitol and the penitentiary at Parchman Farm. He was also the one who invited former President Theodore Roosevelt to a bear hunt where the term teddy bear was later coined.
