The Mississippi Entomological Museum is an entomological museum in Starkville, Mississippi. It is located inside and as a part of the Mississippi State University, under the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology.

The Mississippi Entomological Museum is home to a very wide display of various insect specimens. The research collection has more than one million pinned specimens and at least 35 thousand are being added every year. The displays available to the general public are available at the Clay Lyle Entomology Building, while the research collection is only open to individuals and small groups by appointment.
