The Ohr-O?Keefe Museum of Art seeks the promotion and preservation of the unique legacy of master potter George E. Ohr as well as the cultural heritage of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Museum offers exhibits and educational experiences that show the innovative and unique spirit of George Ohr, features Pleasant Reed, and the architect who designed the Ohr-O?Keefe Museum, Frank Gehry. The Museum is considered to be one of the most unique museums in the nation as because of the innovation and skills of the artists that it features. People flock to the museum to know more about these artists, take a look at their works, and marvel at the innovative architecture of the building. The Museum is a product of a 10-year process that served as a witness to the rise of the institution after the Hurricane Katrina.

As a tribute to Ohr, Frank Gehry designed the award winning campus that features three buildings as well as the reconstructed home of Pleasant Reed. It provides the visitors a Museum experience that includes a relaxing landscape, inspiring works of art, and many others.
