A pre-Civil War estate in Natchez, Mississippi, the Rosalie Mansion is significant for its architecture that has influenced many other younger buildings in the area. It was built in 1823 for a very wealthy cotton broker, Peter Little, who was related to prominent figures in the United States.

The name of the Rosalie Mansion came from the site it stands on. It was located in a portion of the former Fort Rosalie, which was where a massacre of French troops, executed by Native Americans, happened in 1729. It was later owned by the Wilsons, and then sold to the Mississippi State Society DAR in 1938.

The Mississippi State Society Daughters of the Revolution owns, maintains, and operates the Rosalie Mansion today.
