The Yellow Fever Martyrs Church Museum is a historic landmark and heritage museum located in Holly Springs, Mississippi. It can be found in Marshall county and is operated by the Historic Heritage Preservation Corp. of Holly Springs, Mississippi.

The building is a wooden church built in 1842 as the Christ Episcopal Church. After the building of a new Episcopal Parish in 1857, the structure was moved several block to the north and then served as the St. Joseph Catholic Church.
The museum is named after the heroic sacrifice of local citizens during the height of the yellow plague where a priest and six nuns died taking care and nursing the sick in the city. The museum has currently been restored.
