The Soulard Mardi Gras - Lumi?re Place Grand Parade is an event in the form of a parade that features a lot of marching bands, floats, costumes and other masks, which are all colorful. All these are displayed from the downtown area of St. Louis and straight through the complete historical neighborhood of Soulard.
