Established in 19665, the Daniels County Museum and Pioneer Town features 20 acres of history. It presents 35 restored and preserved historic buildings for visitors to tour and enjoy while at the site. They also have an exhibit center where items regarding the history of Daniels County is collected, preserved, and displayed. There are archives, antiques, and historic objects that tell of the early life in the area.

The Daniels County Museum and Pioneer Town is also home to an annual event known as the Pioneer Days. The event usually takes place during the last weekend of June every year.
