The Hagen Site is a national historical landmark that explores the evidence on what is life in the Crow Indian Community following the time that the Crow tribe separated from the Hidatsu. The site is established with the design of attracting local and foreign visitors and showing them a collection of artifacts about Indian culture, western heritage, history, and Montana?s heroes and their unique trait that they aptly call Indian spirit. The displays in the gallery are different artifacts dating back from 2,000 years ago to the present. Authentic replicas of hardware and clothing, crude tools and implements, and instruments going back to primitive times are some of the items provided by the site. An Indian village is to be built in the exact original setting, a river bottom and farming area. The structure will offer modern amenities as well. Inside the site, a shopping center, pottery shop, concert grounds, food concessions offering Indian treats, Indian arts and crafts, traditional medicine, astrology booths, and a host of interactive form of entertainment for everybody. The Hagen Site is the perfect place to bring the whole family and be entertained while learning.
