Whenever you?re in Montana, there will be no reason for you to look for any other zoo to bring your family but the Zoo Montana. This 70-acre zoo and botanical park is the only park of its kind in the state. Located in Billings, Yellowstone County, Montana, it has become the permanent home of animals from the Rockies and other exotic animals coming from other parts of the world.

The initial plan to build this type of wildlife attraction in Montana dates back to the early 1980s. Throughout the years, it has grown into a must-see destination for families and records 70,000 sightseers per annum.

The zoo keeps the animals in enclosed areas which were created to replicate their natural living environment. It is divided mainly into 2 regions. First is the ?Asia Habitat? where you will find the Siberian Tiger, the Sika Deer and the rare Red Panda. The ?North American Loop Habitat? on the other hand keeps the other animals native to the Americas.
