Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park provides visitors a variety of way to enjoy Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe is known to be the site where California and Nevada meet. Still undeveloped in the early 1960?s, Lake Tahoe now displays a wide range of residential structures and retail stores. From afar, it already provides a strikingly magnificent scene. The area houses marinas, campsites, numerous shops, and lodges scattered around the lake?s forest.

The Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park is located on Lake Tahoe?s north-eastern shore. Encompassing over 14,000 acres of property, it offers a lot of magnificent scenery and recreation sites like Sand Harbor, Cave Rock, Spooner Lake, and the beaches along Highway 28. Visitors who flock the place can enjoy fishing, picnicking, boating, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, horse-back riding and many more. It also takes advantage of the Granite Mountains surrounding Lake Tahoe as it provides ski trails for winter visitors.
