The Marjorie Barrick Museum, housed in the University of Las Vegas, has served as a cultural gathering place for people, particularly students, faculty, staff, alumni, the people of the community of Las Vegas, and other visitors.

The Museum features a series of rotating exhibitions that showcase modern and contemporary art and regional cultural history. Visitors are encouraged to explore the exhibits to enhance their understanding on the stories behind them. The Museum?s collections include ancient West Mexico ceramics and figurines, painted vessels of the Maya elite, beautiful carving of the Hopi, dance masks, retables of Mexico, huipils of Guatemala and many more.

The Museum boasts of a 2,500 square-foot exhibit area that holds temporary and traveling exhibits. The regional, national, and international exhibits that the Museum holds change as regularly as every 8 weeks.
