The Reno Rodeo is known to be the wildest and richest rodeo event right in the west. It is already 90 years old in terms of being celebrated and it is usually held for ten straight days. It is also a sporting event that is sanctioned by the association of the PRCA or Professional Rodeo Cowboys.

It is one unique organization that is non profit and made up of about 350 volunteers. It is also the 4th in the list of the richest tour rodeo events held by the PRCA. It attracts about 120,000 visitors on an annual basis. It is televised regularly for the national audience to see via various channels like the CBS sports and ESPN along with Fox Sports Net.
