Located in Meriden, New Hampshire, the Aidron Duckworth Art Museum is established in order to preserve the artwork of the late Aidron Duckworth. This was completed in accordance with a Trust made by the artist before he died in 1997. The building where the location of the museum used to serve as a school before it was converted to a home and a studio by Mr. Duckworth. Moreover, before his death the building also served as an art school for adults.
There are over 1250 drawings and paintings that are by managed by the Trust. This is a charitable, public and non-profit educational organization in New Hampshire. The galleries found in the center of the building are a recent addition. There is no charge when visiting the museum however donations are always welcome.
