The Laurence L. Lee Scouting Museum houses one of the world?s finest displays of scouting history. The Museum, owned and operated by the Daniel Webster Council, BSA, was founded in 1969. The Museum, together with the Max I Silber Scouting Library, is a representation of a unique and colorful repository for an extensive collection of Boy Scout memorabilia and archives connected to scouting. The Museum?s collection includes artifacts that are related to Scouting in New Hampshire, New England, the United States, and the rest of the world. It aims to preserve the heritage of scouting to inspire the youth through its interactive and educational structure. The Museum works to achieve collection, preservation, and presentation of scouting artifacts and publications. It also conducts research to be able to provide educational materials and events.
