The Millville Army Air Field Museum promotes the preservation of US military aviation history that includes the recent conflict in the Middle East. The Museum offers programs and tours that focus on the education about the significant role of Millville in aviation history and to the history of the P-47 Thunderbolt. Founded in 1983, the museum was incorporated by the State of New Jersey in 1988.

The Museum was founded by Michael T. Stowe and Frances Burt. Its collections include items that have been donated over time and other artifacts from the community of veterans who served at the Millville Army Air Field. Because of the management of the Delaware River & Bay Authority, the museum, together with the airport, is able to gain recognition as a leader in post war aviation history as well as the World War II.
