The White Mana in Jersey City, New Jersey is just one of the 2 diners and the first of its kind in the State that was used to be owned by Louis Bridges. It was named after the heavenly food mentioned in the Bible that God provided to the Israelites while they were wandering in the desert. It was dubbed as the ?Introduction to Fast Food? and the ?Diner of the Future? when it first opened. Still standing as a local and historical landmark, the original White Mana Diner continues to serve its famous hamburgers, fries and milkshake ? the all-American Diner menu!

Currently owned by Mario Costa, Jr. who used to work at the diner when he was younger, he almost lost this local landmark to a bad deal. But, he was able to buy back the property for a higher price. Today, The White Mana operates 24/7 and continues to sell about 3,000 hamburgers per week. Now, that?s a lot of hamburgers!
