The Brantley Lake State Park is located about twelve miles in the northern part of Carlsbad right on US 285. This attraction is an artificial lake that became highly popular with various water sports. It is also a place where you can get to fish a wide variety like the walleye, channel catfish, crappie, white bass, and many more.
This southern park is truly one refreshing spot to be in to unwind too and be reconciled with nature. The primary visitor center of the place also has interesting exhibits that tell the story of the Seven Rivers in the Wild West town. Kite flying is also done on a regular basis in this place along with other annual events that gather up people from all over.
