The Old Mill Museum is mill museum and historic site in Cimarron, New Mexico. It features the area?s local history and the historic Aztec Mill.

Built in 1864, the Aztec Mill is a grist mill that was built by Lucien Maxwell. It was opened so it could furnish grain to the Indians in the Jicarilla Apache reservation area and the Maxwell Ranch. It was known for being able to process up to 300 barrels of flour a day so it can aptly answer the needs of the two places it supplies products to.

Restored by Fred Lambert, the youngest Territorial Marshal from the state, the Old Mill Museum is now a tourist attraction featuring several historic items and artifacts relating to the life in Colfax County from the mid-1800s to the present.
