Canoe-Picnic point State Park is a state recreational park facility located in Clayton, New York.

Built at Canoe Point in Grindstone Island, a river island in the St. Lawrence River, the Canoe-Picnic Point State Park offers river recreational facilities and natural trails to park visitors. The park proper is only accessible by boat. There are boat rentals available near the park and contacting the park for more information on this is highly recommended.

The park features plenty of dock space for park visitors. The center piece of the island is located at Picnic Point, which is a picnic area with a picturesque Gazebo and available cooking facilities. Other amenities in the park include nature hiking trails, fishing areas, and the park also offers limited waterfowl hunting depending on the season.
