The Catharine Valley Trail is a state park and recreation area located on the Watkins Glen State Park in Watkins Glen, New York.

This recreational trail extends form the village of Watkins Glen to Horseheads, New York. The trail itself is open year round and is designed to provide the visitor with an educational and relaxing experience of the scenery and historic charm of the valley. Locate south of Seneca Lake, the Catharine Valley Trail follows abandoned and old railroads, canals, and town path corridors.

The Catharine Valley Trail goes through several types of wildlife habitats and native vegetation. Wildlife Viewing is one of the popular activities for those following the trail. The surface of the track is made of stone-dust and can accommodate hikers and cyclists during the summer or cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing during the winter months.
