Aside from the high-end shops and being the world’s most expensive street, Fifth Avenue is also home to the Museum of Sex. It showcases different areas in human sexuality. Some may assume that it could get tacky, but the approach used here is very educational and informative. However, with the subject at hand being quite sensitive, an age restriction is applied, visitors who are only 18 and above are allowed inside.

The Museum of Sex opened in 2002, but not without any controversies. However, there weren’t many protests against it, and religious leaders were even united in one event.

Aside from the museum, the café known as the OralFix Aphrodisiac Café has also opened recently. It shares the same theme as the Museum of Sex, mainly focusing on food that is believed to have effects on fertility, sexual libido, and the likes.
