Known originally as the Radio City, the Rockefeller Center is composed of several building built in the middle of the Great Depression. With huge buildings within the Rockefeller Center, no wonder it is also called as the ?city in the city?. Every buildings share a general architectural designing and structure, linked together via the Catacombs which is an underground concourse.

This enormous busy place is easily recognizable with various highlights such as bars, cafes, shopping plaza, an ice skating rink and the annual tradition of Christmas tree lighting observance that sets the start of New York?s Yuletide season.

The large tree stands at the area behind Prometheus Statue in Rockefeller Center with thousands of lighting decors. Nearly together with the lighting, the sunken plaza transforms as an outdoor ice skating rink.
