If you’re mesmerized with the exploits of military now and then, a visit at the North Carolina Airborne & Special Operations Museum is a must. Think of it as a special forces museum and you’ll probably have a better idea already of what you’d find inside it.

Besides the museum’s main and special exhibits, there are also other attractions to enjoy at the site. Outside the museum, you can enjoy serene views offered by the Reflection Gardens, where there are granite paver stones commemorating great individuals and organizations in the history of military.

Other points of interest include the Parade Field, which the museum shares with the neighboring State Veteran’s Park, and several theatres. There’s also a stimulator theater that can accommodate up to 24 guests.
