Also known as the American Military Museum of Gastonia, the American Military Museum is an army museum located in the City of Gastonia, North Carolina. It was formed and founded by the American Legion Post 23 and has always chronicled the history of the country’s armed forces.

The American Military Museum features a great number of authentic items and memorabilia related to the past wars and periods. It also features a mannequin fully decked in the combat infantry soldier outfit according to the norms of the World War II. Aside from this, other uniforms and weapons from other wars are also on display.

The American Military Museum of Gastonia also honors and celebrates the veterans of all wars past. It recognizes their sacrifices and hard work in defense of the country.
