The Andy Griffith Museum is a biographical museum in Mount Airy, North Carolina. It was established in honor of Andy Griffith, a famous actor, writer, producer, director, and Grammy award winning Southern-gospel singer. He was also a Presidential Medal of Freedom awardee.

The Andy Griffith Museum was created as a way for visitors to learn more about Andy Griffith, a Mount Airy local. Griffith was born here in 1926 and grew up consequently in the area. The museum boasts of the largest collection of Andy Griffith memorabilia anywhere. Most of the items on display are collected by his friend, Emmett Forrest. They are all related to his life and career.

Aside from Andy Griffith, there are also some displays about the original Siamese Twins, Chang and Eng.
