The Asheville Art Museum is an art gallery and museum in Asheville, North Carolina. It is a fun and highly informative attraction, housed in the city?s old public library that was built in the 1920s in the Italian Renaissance Style.

The Asheville Art Museum features three stories worth of art works from the 20th and 21st centuries. They regularly rotate their exhibits, so even if you want to visit often, chances are, you?ll find something new most of the time.

Aside from the displays, the site itself is very beautiful. Housed in a historic building that is slightly altered, there are actual spots inside, like the open balconies, where you can get a stunning view of the gallery that is placed below them. The venue is also located next to a number of many other sites, so you can pack it into a day of sightseeing.
