Bost Grist Mill is a historic site in Concord, North Carolina. It has been the main source of flour and cornmeal in the country since the early 1800s.
Established in 1810 and built in 1870, the Bost Grist Mill is truly a notable historic structure. Like many other mills in the country, it has been a significant structure in the area, a common economic indicator of its locale?s growth. The most notable thing about it, however, is that it has been using the same stones and techniques from the 1800s. Due to its historic significance, it has been added to the National Register of Historic Places.
