The Cape Fear Museum of History & Science is a museum in Wilmington, North Carolina focused on sharing the rich history of the Lower Cape Fear Region which covers the counties of Pender, New Hanover, and Brunswick, as well as some areas of the Bladen, Sampson, Duplin, Columbus and Onslow.

The Cape Fear Museum of History & Science is the oldest history museum in the state of North Carolina. It also features more than 50,000 items on display that chronicles the colorful past, cultures, and science of the region. The items represent different facets of the region, from the household to its commercial developments.

The Cape Fear Museum is open year round, usually on Tuesdays through Sundays, from 9 am to 5 pm.
