The Catawba County Firefighters Museum is a special museum in Conover, North Carolina. It was formed and established by the fire departments in the Catawba County along with the county government and volunteers and organizations.

Opened in 1994, the Catawba County Firefighters Museum has always provided a great deal of information about the area?s fire fighting past. They have served as an informative and entertaining venue, where folks can both learn and have fun at the same time. They feature fire fighting implements and memorabilia like antique sirens and lights and breathing equipment from the early years of the 1900s. However, the main attraction here is the six classic fire trucks that were used and produced around the mid 1930s to the 1950s.
